For the Kroketten and Bitterballen you first heat oil in a deep fryer (wok) to 180°C and deep fry the defrosted bitterballen, a few at a time, until they are golden brown all over (about 4-6 minutes). Incase the bitterballen are still frozen you need more time like 6 – 8minutes. When done, drain on paper towels and serve hot on cocktail picks with classically mustard or other condiments as a dipping sauce.
For the Mini Saucijzen you first pre heat an oven to 200ºC then bake the defrosted saucijzen for about 8 – 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown for the best result. Incase the saucijzen are still frozen you need more time like 12 – 15 minutes. When done serve hot out of the oven with your choice of condiments.
